Refund Policy – Accumulated Design
At Accumulated Design, we are committed to providing high-quality digital marketing and IT services tailored to the unique needs of each client. We prioritize completing every project to the highest standards, as we believe that customer satisfaction is at the core of our business. However, we understand that refund requests may occasionally arise. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be considered for services purchased through our website or directly via our sales team.
Due to the nature of our services—which include, but are not limited to, website development, digital marketing, SEO, social media management, IT support, and consulting—refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. A full refund may not be possible because resources such as time, labor, and third-party tools may already have been allocated once a project has commenced. For this reason, we encourage clients to carefully review proposals, contracts, and project scopes before confirming an order.
Before Project Start: If a refund is requested prior to the start of a project and no work has been performed, a partial or full refund may be granted depending on the circumstances and administrative costs.
After Project Commencement: Once a project has entered the production or execution phase—including website coding, content creation, ad campaign setup, or IT infrastructure deployment—full refunds will not be issued. For services that are partially completed but not yet delivered, a prorated refund may be considered in select cases.
Recurring Services: For monthly services such as SEO, PPC, or social media management, cancellations must be made at least seven (7) days prior to the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the upcoming month. Refunds are not offered for the current or previous billing periods, as work is executed continuously throughout each month.
No refunds will be issued for completed work, delivered digital assets, or services rendered in full. Clients are encouraged to contact our team promptly if they have questions or concerns. We will make every effort to resolve issues through revisions, support, or service credits where appropriate.
